Ben joined the company immediately after graduating from university and developed a strong interest in fireplaces. Every year, he goes abroad for study, gaining extensive knowledge and mastery of fireplace product quality. Within the company, he is mainly responsible for customer development, blueprint design, and daily communication and management with the factory.
